New Feature: Prompt Library
Save your most-used prompts and reuse them in one click. Talking Tree now includes a built-in Prompt Library with default legal templates and support for your own custom prompts.
We've launched a new feature that makes working with Redwood faster and more repeatable: the Prompt Library.
What It Does
The Prompt Library lets you save prompts you use regularly and bring them back with a single click - no retyping, no copy-pasting from a notes app. Whether you have a standard way you like to kick off contract reviews, a go-to format for policy drafts, or a checklist you run through before signing anything, you can now store it and use it whenever you need it.
How to Use It
Look for the Prompt button just below the input text box in Redwood. From there you can:
- Add your own prompts: save any custom prompt you want to reuse
- Delete prompts you no longer need
- Select a saved prompt to instantly load it into the input field, ready to send
Your prompts are saved to your account and available every time you open Redwood.
Default Prompts Included
We've also added a set of default prompts to help users who aren't sure where to start. These cover common tasks like:
- Reviewing a contract for unusual or missing terms
- Drafting a custom legal document from scratch
- Creating or updating internal policies
- Identifying red flags in an agreement before you sign
Default prompts are available to all users and can serve as starting points you can customize and save for your own use.
Why We Built This
The best legal workflows are repeatable ones. Many of our users return to Redwood for the same kinds of tasks, like reviewing vendor agreements, drafting NDAs, and updating employee policies, and we wanted to make that faster. The Prompt Library is a small feature with a meaningful impact on how efficiently you can work.
